Technical Services Manager
Responsibilities:
Managing development engineering, mechanical design and drafting,
QA / QC / certification and excellence in functional activities.
Overseeing Capital Projects Management System (CPMS) implementation through all stages of the FEL and field evaluation with multidisciplinary teams of geophysics, reservoir, drilling, facilities, operations, and commercial. Overseeing realistic cost and schedule potential targets for the projects that are in conformity with the requirements of the BU and asset team. ConocoPhillips incorporate fundamental values in the process FEL.
Managing Engineering Design and writing activities to ensure quality products are delivered to project teams in a timely manner. Managing engineering and technical documents and drawings.
Management of quality assurance, quality control and certification activities to ensure a high level of support for the project and compliance with the standards CPMS.
Managing excellence functional activities to ensure continuous improvement Expatriate Nationals and the project staff and the continued effort to nationalize the department projects globally competitive with employees. Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor of Science in chemical, mechanical, or electrical engineering from an accredited university.
At least 15 years upstream oil and gas industry.
Major experience of development projects upstream, with demonstrated ability to lead a group of professionals in all aspects and phases of a project.
A wide range of equipment and project engineering experience.
Strong commercial skills and business understanding driver.
Good oral and written communication skills in English to manage the interfaces between the project teams in various locations, staff COPI, BPMigas and Migas.
Ability to set ambitious goals while maintaining high standards team, and leads a team culturally diverse.
Good interpersonal skills and networking, both internal and with entrepreneurs.
Strong commitment to the implementation of ConocoPhillips safety, the environment and quality of philosophies.
