We are a shipping, barges, distribution, logistics & transportation company under Sinarmas group is seeking for a highly team members to join our dynamic, fast growing and challenging group.

Technical Manager
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)



Responsibilities:

* Providing annual budget and annual planning for Technical Division.
* Planning and monitoring daily preventive, repair and maintenance activities.
* Evaluating and presenting performance report & analysis.
* Controlling and supervising spare-parts.
* Reducing down-time, optimizing operation performance.
* Training & developing all of the Technical Division staffs.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Marine) or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): Strong leadership, .
* Required language(s): English.
* Preferred language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Malaysia
* At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta.
* Applicants should be Malaysian, Singaporean, Filipino, Indian, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, Bangladesh, others citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
