Maintenance Manager

Requirements:

* Candidates must be a holder of Bachelor's / College Degree in Mechanical Engineering with above average credentials and a LICENSED Mechanical Engineer
* Male, preferably between 30-40 years old
* Possess at least 3 years managerial experience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting-of plant machinery & equipment preferably in wood working industry
* Must possess good interpersonal and leadership skills
* Hardworking, dependable and willing to work on a flexible schedules


Responsibilities:

* The Position: Reporting to the CEO


* The Job:

- Responsible for providing preventive maintenance program for all plant machineries and equipment and ensures the efficient and uninterrupted operations
- Provides orientation/training to factory workers for the proper and safety use of plant machineries, tools and equipment
- Responsible for the supervision, planning, coordination, and monitoring of all plant maintenance activities and repairs in the production line, facilities, utilities equipment, and auxiliary equipment
- Responsible for handling emergency trouble shooting any mechanical and electrical problems of plant machineries & equipment
- Responsible for the maintenance of office buildings and grounds in all locations
